- Enhancing Citizen’s Capacity to Increase Confidence on Non-Violent Conflict in Rivers State. A Niger Delta Legacy Engagement project on non-violent conflict approach in Rivers State. Location: Okrika, Obio/Akpor and Port Harcourt LGAs. 2015 Donor: SDN/U.S Department of State.
- Enhancing peace and electoral violence abatement through local conflict mitigation in Rivers State. An ongoing project supported by the British Council.
- Coordination of 2019 gubernatorial election observers in the 23 LGAs of Rivers State and monthly presentation of the observed electoral incidences analysis reports, in state level dialogue forum with critical multi-stakeholders for validation and action, before, during and after the elections. With support from Stakeholder Democracy Network (SDN)/Nigeria Civil Society Situationroom.
- In 2019 Bayelsa gubernatorial election, trained media election observers and Community based election observers across the LGAs, setup early warning and early response system, analyzed reports monthly, organized monthly electoral violence prevention critical stakeholders forum to review and validate the reports for preventive responses. Before, during and after the election. A 6 months contract engagement with Search for Common Ground (SFCG).
- In 2011 organized a 2-day residential training workshop for 120 women in politics and candidates on closing gender gap in politics, in Rivers State. This training followed a one day residential facilitated round table dialogue on closing gender gap in politics with 6 political parties’ leadership’s representatives (3 from each party). Supported by Intergender Jos/UNDP
Conducted in Bayelsa and Rivers States, a 1-Day Sensitization and awareness creation forum with selected leading CSOs through report of a research on “The Impact of Oil and Gas Sector Revenue Management on Quality of Life of Nigerians.” Conducted by Professor Adeola Adenikinju & Professor Aderoju Oyefusi.
Conducted reproductive health sensitizations, safe motherhood awareness, Adolescent reproductive health education and mentoring, HIV/AIDS prevention and management measures, HIV/PMTCT Community Systems Strengthening (CSS), Malaria prevention, treatment Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM). Awareness and sensitization on Cancer early detection, and treatment measures. Social mobilization/sensitization on sexual and gender based violence prevention measures.
Conducted water and Sanitation, environmental health sensitization and awareness activities, Drilled 3 water boreholes with overhead tanks, perimeter fence and generator houses; constructed 3 Six classrooms block buildings for community primary schools; 8 rooms shared facilities Youth Corpers lodge; 1 community half wall block of 64 partitions modern market centre and a community modern town hall.
